ReconAudit AI

Terms of use

Last updated: 23 October 2026

In short: ReconAudit AI helps you match your purchase books with GSTR-2B and check bank statements. Your files are checked inside your own browser and are not uploaded to us. The results help you work faster, but you remain responsible for your returns and filings.

1. Who we are

The website reconaudit-ai.pages.dev and the ReconAudit AI tool (the “Service”) are run by ReconAudit AI. In these terms “we” and “us” mean ReconAudit AI, and “you” means the person or firm using the Service. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. What the Service does

Your files are opened and checked inside your web browser. We do not receive, store or see your registers, returns or bank statements.

3. Not professional advice

The Service is a checking tool. It does not give tax, legal or accounting advice and does not file anything with the GST portal. Please review the results before relying on them. Decisions about input tax credit, returns and filings remain yours or your professional adviser’s.

4. Free and Pro use

Basic features are free. Pro features need a pass. Current prices:

PassPrice (India)Price (outside India)Valid for
Sprint pass₹499US$157 days
Firm Pro₹999US$1931 days

Prices can change; the price shown when you pay is the price that applies. Where GST applies, it is included in the price shown or shown on your invoice. A pass starts when it is issued and ends on the date shown when you activate it. Passes do not renew automatically unless you bought through a payment link that clearly says it renews monthly.

5. Unlock codes

6. Acceptable use

Do not try to break, overload or get around the security or licensing of the Service, do not use it for anything unlawful, and do not upload files you have no right to use.

7. No guarantee

We work hard to make the Service accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. Files from different software and banks vary, and we cannot promise that every file will be read correctly or that the Service will always be available.

8. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profit, interest, penalties or lost credit), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the pass in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be excluded.

9. Refunds

See our Refund & cancellation policy.

10. Privacy

See our Privacy policy.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect a pass you have already paid for.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first at the “Help & feedback” button on the website so we can try to resolve any problem. Any dispute is subject to the courts at our registered place of business.
