In short: nothing is shipped. Your pass is a digital unlock code that works straight away in your browser.

1. How you receive your pass

Online payment link: your unlock code is shown and/or e-mailed as soon as the payment succeeds.
UPI (scan and pay): after you pay and enter the UPI reference (UTR), we check the payment and confirm your order. Pro then unlocks automatically on the screen where you ordered, and we can also send the code by e-mail or WhatsApp. This is usually done within a few hours and at most within 24 hours.

2. Using the code

Open the website, choose “Unlock Pro”, paste the code and press Activate. No account or sign-up is needed. The pass is valid for the number of days of the plan you bought.

3. Physical delivery

There are no physical goods and no shipping charges.

4. Did not receive it?

If you have paid but have not received your code within 24 hours, contact the “Help & feedback” button on the website with your order number or UTR and we will sort it out.
